We are very pleased to announce that our two executive managers Frank Schulze and Norbert Weckerle have been granted power of attorney - effective on the 1st April, 2010, on the day of our company's 100th anniversary.
With this, we would like to express our faith in the managers' work and our recognition for their successes. At the same time, we are also emphasizing the continuity and the management orientation of our company, which besides Frank Schulze and Norbert Weckerle is also represented by the other executive managers Peter Schellhorn, Bernd Kunzmann and Jürgen Mühlfeit.
