M+M student apprentices and dual-study students at the IKEA furniture store in Sindelfingen

On Wednesday 23 March, 2011, our apprentices and dual-study students had the opportunity to get to know IKEA in Sindelfingen from an entirely different perspective. Last year, IKEA apprentices paid a visit to Meyle+Müller. Now it was our turn to repay the visit. After a true IKEA-style breakfast and very interesting information about the origins, philosophy and values of IKEA, our apprentices introduced Meyle+Müller and the process of producing a catalog. Afterwards the apprentices and dual-study students were able to discover the furniture store themselves during a scavenger hunt. This exchange of apprentices was so well liked by both sides that more visits have been planned for the future.
We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Ms. Werdin-Kellner and the IKEA apprentices in Sindelfingen. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
